وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّمَا غَنِمْتُم مِّن شَيْءٍ فَأَنَّ لِلَّهِ خُمُسَهُ وَلِلرَّسُولِ وَلِذِي الْقُرْبَىٰ وَالْيَتَامَىٰ وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ 
إِن كُنتُمْ آمَنتُم بِاللَّهِ وَمَا أَنزَلْنَا عَلَىٰ عَبْدِنَا يَوْمَ الْفُرْقَانِ 
يَوْمَ الْتَقَى الْجَمْعَانِ ۗ وَاللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

Al QUran : Aur jaan lo ki jo kuch tumhe bataur maal e ganimat mile chahe koi bhi cheez ho to usmein se paanchwa hissa Allah aur uske Rasool Sal-Allahu
alaihi wasallam aur rishtedaro aur yateemo aur miskeeno aur musafiro ke liye hai agar tumhe Allah par yaqeen hai aur us cheez par jo humne apne bande par 
Yaum Al furqan (yani farq karne wale din ghazwa e badr ko) nazil farmayee , jis din dono jamatein aapas mein mili , aur Allah har cheez par qadir hai
Surah Anfal (8) , Aayat 41
( Ye aayat Quran kareem ke 10 we juz (paare) ki pahli aayat hai , isko Yaum Al furqan (farq karne wala din) isliye kaha jata hai kyunki us din Haq aur batil 
mein farq ho gaya tha.

Al QUran : And know that whatever of war-booty that you may gain, verily one-fifth (1/5th) of it is assigned to Allah, and to the Messenger, and to the near 
relatives [of the Messenger (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم)], (and also) the orphans, Al-Masakin (the poor) and the wayfarer, if you have believed in Allah and in that 
which We sent down to Our slave (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) on the Day of criterion (between right and wrong), the Day when the two forces met (the battle of 
Badr); And Allah is able to do all things.
