قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ 

اجْتَنِبُوا السَّبْعَ الْمُوبِقَاتِ   قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، وَمَا هُنَّ قَالَ ‏"‏ الشِّرْكُ بِاللَّهِ، وَالسِّحْرُ، وَقَتْلُ النَّفْسِ الَّتِي حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ إِلاَّ بِالْحَقِّ، وَأَكْلُ الرِّبَا، وَأَكْلُ مَالِ الْيَتِيمِ، وَالتَّوَلِّي يَوْمَ الزَّحْفِ، وَقَذْفُ الْمُحْصَنَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ الْغَافِلاَتِ

Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya 7 Halaq karne wale Gunaahon se bacho sahaba Radhi Allahu Anhuma ne arz kiya YA Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam  wo kya kya hai? Farmaya

1.  ALLAH ke Saath Shirk karna

2.  Jadu karna

3.  Nahaq kisi ki Jaan lena jo ALLAH ne haram kiya hai

4.  Sood (Riba) Khana

5.  Yateem ka Maal khana

6.  Jung ke din Peeth pherna

7.  Paak Daman Ghafil Momeen Aurton par Tohmat lagana

رسول اللہ صل اللہ علیہ وسلّم نے فرمایا سات ( 7 ) حلاق کرنے والے گناہوں سے بچو صحابہ رضی اللہ عنہما نے عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ صل علیہ و سلّم وہ کیا ہے ؟ فرمایا 

۱. اللہ کے ساتھ شرک کرنا 

۲. جادو کرنا 

۳. ناحق کسی کی جان لینا جو اللہ نے حرام کیا ہے 

سود( ربا ) کھانا .٤ 

۵. یتیم کا مال کھانا 

جنگ کے دن پیٹھ پھیرنا .٦

۷. پاک دامن غافل مؤمن عورتوں پر تحمد لگانا

रसूल-अल्लाह सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि व सल्लम ने फरमाया सात हलाक़ करने वाले गुनाहों से बचो सहाबा रज़ी अल्लाहु अन्हुमा ने अर्ज़ किया या रसूल-अल्लाह सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि व सल्लम वो क्या है ?..फरमाया..

1. अल्लाह के साथ शिर्क करना

2. जादू करना

3. नाहक़ किसी की जान लेना जो अल्लाह ने हराम किया है

4. सूद ( रिबा ) खाना

5. यतीम का माल खाना 

6. जंग के दिन पीठ फेरना 

7. पाक दामन ग़ाफिल मोमिन औरतौं पर तोहमत लगाना 

 सही बुख़ारी  6857

✦ : Rasool-Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam  said, "Avoid the seven great destructive sins." They (the people!) asked, "O Allah's Apostle! What are they?" He said, 

1. To join partners in worship with Allah

2. To practice sorcery (Magic)

3. To kill the life which Allah has forbidden except for a just cause (according to Islamic law); 

4. To eat up usury (Riba), 

5. To eat up the property of an orphan; 

6. To give one's back to the enemy and fleeing from the battle-field at the time of fighting and 

7. To accuse chaste women who never even think of anything touching chastity and are good believers."

Sahih  Bukhari 6857

✦ Said ibn Zayd  Radi Allahu Anhu s erivayat hai ki RasoolAllah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya sab se bada sood ye hai ke Aadmi Nahaq kisi musalman ki Beizzati kare

سعید بن زید  رضی الله عنه سے روایت ہے کی رسول الله صلی اللہ علیه وسلم نے فرمایا سب سے بڑا سود یہ ہے کہ آدمی ناحق کسی مسلمان کی بے عزتی  کرے

✦ सईद इब्न ज़ैद रदी अल्लाहू अन्हु से  रिवायत है की ऱसूलअल्लाह सलअल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम ने फरमाया सब से बड़ा सूद ये है की आदमी नाहक़ किसी मुसलमान की बेइज़्ज़ती करे

✦ Narrated Said ibn Zaid Radi Allahu Anhu RasoolAllah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said the worst kind of usury is revealing the defects of a Muslim (or insulting him)

✦ Al Quran : Al Quran : Allah subhanahu sood (ki kamayee) ko mita deta hai aur sadqaat ko bada deta hai aur Allah subhanahu kisi bhi nashukri karne wale gunahgar ko pasand nahi karta, jo log imaan laye aur neik kaam larte rahe aur namaz ko qayam rakha aur zakat dete rahe to unke RAB ke yahan unka ajar hai aur un par na koi khauff hoga aur na wo gamgeen honge.

Eh Momeeno Allah se daro aur agar tum imaan wale ho to jo kuch sood baqi rah gaya hai usko chodh do, Agar tumne na chodha to Allah subhanahu aur uske Rasool ( Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam) ki taraf se tumhare khilaf elan e jung hai aur agar tauba kar lo to asal maal tumhara tumhare liye hai, na tum kisi par zulm karo aur na tum par zulm kiya jayega

Surah Al-Baqara, Verse 276-279

✦ Hadith: Jabir Radi Allahu Anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam ne Laanat ki hai Sood (byaj) lene wale par aur Sood dene wale par , aur Sood likhne wale par aur Sood ke gawahon par aur farmaya wo sab barabar hain

Sahih Muslim, Vol4, 4093

✦ अल क़ुरान : अल्लाह सुबहानहु सूद (की कमाई) को मिटा देता है और सदक़ात को बड़ा देता है और अल्लाह सुबहानहु किसी भी नाशुक्री करने वेल गुनहगार को पसंद नही करता,

जो लोग ईमान लाए और नेयक काम करते रहे और नमाज़ को क़ायम रखा और ज़कात देते रहे तो उनके रब के यहाँ उनका अजर है और उन पर ना कोई ख़ौफ़ होगा और ना वो गमगीन होंगे.

एह मोमीनो अल्लाह से डरो और अगर तुम ईमान वाले हो तो जो कुछ सूद बाक़ी रह गया है उसको छोड़ दो, अगर तुमने ना छोड़ा तो अल्लाह सुबहानहु और उसके रसूल ( सलअल्लाहू अलैही वासल्लम) की तरफ से तुम्हारे खिलाफ एलान ए जुंग है और अगर तौबा कर लो तो असल माल तुम्हारा तुम्हारे लिए है, ना तुम किसी पर ज़ुल्म करो और ना तुम पर ज़ुल्म किया जाएगा

सुरह अल-बक़रा, आयत 276-279

✦ हदीस : जाबिर रदी अल्लाहू अन्हु से रिवायत है की रसूल-अल्लाह सलअल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम ने लानत की है सूद (ब्याज) लेने वाले पर और सूद देने वाले पर , और सूद लिखने वाले पर और सूद के गवाहों पर और फरमाया वो सब बराबर हैं

सही मुस्लिम, जिल्द 4, 4093

اور اﷲ سود کو مٹاتا ہے اور صدقات کو بڑھاتا ہے ، اور اﷲ کسی بھی ناسپاس نافرمان کو پسند نہیں کرتا بیشک جو لوگ ایمان لائے اور انہوں نے نیک اعمال کئے اور نماز قائم رکھی اور زکوٰۃ دیتے رہے ان کے لئے ان کے رب کے پاس ان کا اجر ہے ، اور ان پر ( آخرت میں ) نہ کوئی خوف ہوگا اور نہ وہ رنجیدہ ہوں گے اے ایمان والو! اﷲ سے ڈرو اور جو کچھ بھی سود میں سے باقی رہ گیا ہے چھوڑ دو اگر تم ( صدقِ دل سے ) ایمان رکھتے ہو پھر اگر تم نے ایسا نہ کیا تو اﷲ اور اس کے رسول ( صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم ) کی طرف سے اعلانِ جنگ پر خبردار ہو جاؤ ، اور اگر تم توبہ کر لو تو تمہارے لئے تمہارے اصل مال ( جائز ) ہیں ، نہ تم خود ظلم کرو اور نہ تم پر ظلم کیا جائے


حضرت جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے، انہوں نے کہا: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے سود کھانے والے، کھلانے والے، لکھنے والے اور اس کے دونوں گواہوں پر لعنت کی اور فرمایا: ( گناہ میں ) یہ سب برابر ہیں۔

Al Quran : Allah will destroy Riba (usury) and will give increase for Sadaqat (deeds of charity, alms, etc.) And Allah likes not the disbelievers, sinners.

Truly those who believe, and do deeds of righteousness, and perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat), and give Zakat they will have their reward with their Lord. On them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve.

O you who believe! Be afraid of Allah and give up what remains (due to you) from Riba (usury) (from now onward), if you are (really) believers. 

And if you do not do it, then take a notice of war from Allah and His Messenger but if you repent, you shall have your capital sums. Deal not unjustly (by asking more than your capital sums), and you shall not be dealt with unjustly (by receiving less than your capital sums).

Surah Al-Baqara, Verse 276-279

Hadith: Jabir Radi AllahuAnhu said that the Prophet Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam cursed the accepter of interest and its payer, and one who records it, and the witnesses, and he said: They are all equal.

Sahih Muslim, Book 10, # 3881

Hadith: Allah subhanahu haraam Maal se diya hua sadqa Qubul nahi farmatey aur na hi bina paki ki Namaz

AbulMalih Radi Allahu Anhu se rivayat karte hain hai ki Rasoollallah Sallallhu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya Allah subhanahu haraam Maal se diya hua sadqa Qubul nahi farmatey aur na hi bina paki ki Namaz
Sunan Abu Dawud, Vol 1, 59 - Sahih

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اللہ تعالیٰ حرام مال سے کوئی صدقہ قبول نہیں کرتا، اور نہ ہی بغیر وضو کے کوئی نماز ۔ 

سنن ابی داؤد جلد ۱ ۵۹ صحیح

English Translation:

Narrated AbulMalih Radi Allahu Anhu The Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said Allah subhanahu does not accept charity from goods acquired by embezzlement and does not accept prayer without purification.
Sunan Abu Dawud, Vol 1, 59-Sahih

Al Quran : Eh imaan walo ALLAH se daro aur agar tum imaan rakhtey ho to jo kuch sood baqi rah gaya hai usey chorh do

Bismillah Ar-Rahman Ar-Rahim  

Al Quran :  Jo log sood khatey hain wo Qayamat ke din us shakhs ki tarah uthengey Jinhey shaitan  ne lipat kar deewana bana liya ho ye haalat unki is wajah se hogi ki unhoney kaha tha ki kharid wa farokht bhi sood ki tarah hai jabki Allah taala ne kharid aur farokht ko halal qarar diya hai aur sood ko haram phir jisko uskey rab ki naseehat pahunchi aur wo (sood lene se) baaz aa gaya to wo jo kuch pahle le chuka hai wo usi ka hai aur uska muaamla Allah ke supurd hai lekin agar wo phir bhi sood leta rahta hai to ye log jahannami hai ye ismein hamesha rahanergey:
Al Quran, Surah Baqara (2), verse 275

English Translation:

Those who devour usury will not stand except as stand one whom the Evil one by his touch Hath driven to madness. That is because they say: "Trade is like usury," but Allah hath permitted trade and forbidden usury. Those who after receiving direction from their Lord, desist, shall be pardoned for the past; their case is for Allah (to judge); but those who repeat (The offence) are companions of the Fire: They will abide therein (for ever). 
Al Quran, Surah Baqara (2), verse 275
