Ibn Abbas Radi Allahu Anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu Alaihi wasallam ne farmaya aaj raat (khwab mein) mera RABB mere paas behatreen surat mein aaya aur pucha ki Muhammed Sal-Allahu Alaihi wasallam kya tum jante ho ki muqarrab farishte kis baat par jhagadte hain maine arz kiya nahi, phir Allah Subhanahu ne apna haath mere shano ke darmiyan rakha aur maine us ki thandak apne seene par mehsus ki aur maine jaan liya ki aasman aur zameen ke darmiyan kya kya hai.

Phir Allah subhanahu ne dobara pucha ki ki Muhammed Sal-Allahu Alaihi wasallam kya tum jante ho ki muqarrab farishte kis baat par jhagadte hain maine arz kiya ji haan kaffarat (jinse gunah mit jate hain) ke baare mein jhagad rahe hain aur kaffarat ye hai

1. Masjid mein namaz ke baad thaharna

2. jamat ke liye paidal chalna

3. Takleef mein bhi achchi tarah Wuzu karna

Jo ye amal karta hai wo khair ke saath zinda rahta hai aur khair hi ke saath marta hai aur wo gunaho se aise paak ho jayega jaise wo paidayeesh ke waqt tha

Narrated by Ibn 'Abbas that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "During the night, my Lord, Blessed is He, and Most High, came to me in the best of appearances." He (one of the narrators) said - I think he said it was during a dream - "So he said: 'O Muhammad Sal-Allahu Alaihi wasallam ! Do you know in what the most exalted group busy themselves with?'"

He said: "I said: No He said: "So He placed His Hand between my shoulders, until I sensed its coolness between my breast." - or he said: "on my throat, so I knew what was in the heavens, and what was in the earth. He said: 'O Muhammad Sal-Allahu Alaihi wasallam! Do you know in what the most exalted group busy themselves with?' I said: 'Yes, in the acts that atone: and the acts that atone are;

1. Staying  in the Masjid after the Salat,

2. Walking on the feet to the congregation,

3. Doing Ablution (Al-Wudu), in difficulty,

and whoever does that, he lives in goodness and dies upon goodness, and his sins shall be like that of the day his mother born him.'
