Surah Al Hijr (15) , Aayat 72

61 پھر جب فرشتے لوط کے گھر گئے

62 تو لوط نے کہا تم تو ناآشنا سے لوگ ہو

63 وہ بولے کہ نہیں بلکہ ہم آپ کے پاس وہ چیز لے کر آئے ہیں جس میں لوگ شک کرتے تھے

64 اور ہم آپ کے پاس یقینی بات لے کر آئے ہیں اور ہم سچ کہتے ہیں

65 تو آپ کچھ رات رہے سے اپنے گھر والوں کو لے نکلیں اور خود ان کے پیچھے چلیں اور اور آپ میں سے کوئی شخص مڑ کر نہ دیکھے۔ اور جہاں آپ کو حکم ہو وہاں چلے جایئے

66 اور ہم نے لوط کی طرف وحی بھیجی کہ ان لوگوں کی جڑ صبح ہوتے ہوتے کاٹ دی جائے گی

67 اور اہل شہر (لوط کے پاس) خوش خوش (دوڑے) آئے

68 (لوط نے) کہا کہ یہ میرے مہمان ہیں (کہیں ان کے بارے میں) مجھے رسوا نہ کرنا

69 اور خدا سے ڈرو۔ اور میری بےآبروئی نہ کیجو

70 وہ بولے کیا ہم نے تم کو سارے جہان (کی حمایت وطرفداری) سے منع نہیں کیا

71 (انہوں نے) کہا کہ اگر تمہیں کرنا ہی ہے تو یہ میری (قوم کی) لڑکیاں ہیں (ان سے شادی کرلو)

72 *(اے محمد  ﷺ) تمہاری جان کی قسم وہ اپنی مستی میں مدہوش (ہو رہے) تھے*

73 سو ان کو سورج نکلتے نکلتے چنگھاڑ نے آپکڑا

74 اور ہم نے اس شہر کو (الٹ کر) نیچے اوپر کردیا۔ اور ان پر کھنگر کی پتھریاں برسائیں

75 بےشک اس (قصے) میں اہل فراست کے لیے نشانی ہے
Surah Al Hijr (15) , Aayat 61-75

61 Then, when the Messengers (the angels) came unto the family of Lut (Lot).

62 He said: "Verily! You are people unknown to me."

63 They said: "Nay, we have come to you with that (torment) which they have been doubting.

64 "And we have brought you the truth (the news of the destruction of your nation) and certainly, we tell the truth.

65 "Then travel in a part of the night with your family, and you go behind them in the rear, and let no one amongst you look back, but go on to where you are ordered."

66 And We made known this decree to him, that the root of those (sinners) was to be cut off in the early morning.

67 And the inhabitants of the city came rejoicing (at the news of the young men's arrival).

68 [Lut (Lot)] said: "Verily! these are my guests, so shame me not.

69 "And fear Allah and disgrace me not."

70 They (people of the city) said: "Did we not forbid you from entertaining (or protecting) any of the 'Alamin (people, foreigners and strangers from us)?"

71 [Lut (Lot)] said: "These (the girls of the nation) are my daughters (to marry lawfully), if you must act (so)."

72 *Verily, by your life (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه و سلم), in their wild intoxication, they were wandering blindly.*

73 So As-Saihah (torment - awful cry) overtook them at the time of sunrise.

74 And We turned (the towns of Sodom in Palestine) upside down and rained down on them stones of baked clay.

75 Surely! In this are signs for those who see (or understand or learn the lessons from the Signs of Allah).
