Tafsir Ibn kathir : Jo log paldne ko tayyar huye unmein se ek ka naam *Hazrat Yusha bin Noon Alaihi salam tha dusre Ka naam Kaleb bin Yufna* tha innhone Kaha agar tum Allah Subhanahu par bharosa rakhoge Uske Rasool ki ita'at karoge to Allah Subhanahu tumhein un dushmano par galib kar dega aur tumari madad aur taaid karega aur iss Shehar main galbe ke sath ponch jaoge tum darwaze tak to chale chalo Yaqeen Mano galba tumara hi Hain lakin bani israeel ne apna pehla Jawab aur mazbut Kar Diya aur Kaha ke iss jabbar Qoum ki mojudgi main Hamara ek Qadam badhana bhi namumkin hai *Hazrat Musa aur Haroon Alahai Salam ne Dekh Kar bahut samjhaya Yaha tak ke unke samne badi aajazi ki lakin wo na mane*

Al Quran : O my people! Enter the holy land (Palestine) which Allah has assigned to you and turn not back (in flight); for then you will be returned as losers."
They said: "O Musa (Moses)! In it (this holy land) are a people of great strength, and we shall never enter it till they leave it; when they leave, then we will enter Two men of those who feared (Allah and) on whom Allah had bestowed His Grace (they were يوشع وكالب Yusha' and Kalab) said: "Assault them through the gate; for when you are in, victory will be yours; and put your trust in Allah if you are believers indeed. They said: "O Musa (Moses)! We shall never enter it as long as they are there. So go you and your Lord and fight you two, we are sitting right here.He [Musa (Moses)] said: "O my Lord! I have power only over myself and my brother (Harun), so separate us from the people who are the Fasiqun (rebellious and disobedient to Allah)!"
