Al Quran : Eh Nabi Sallallahu Alahai Wasallam log Aap se Kalala ke bare Mai Allah Subhanahu Ke hukum ke bare Mai puchte Hain Keh do Allah Subhanahu Kalala ke bare Mai ye hukum deta Hain ke Agar koi aisa Mard mar Jaye jiska koi Aulad na ho ( aur na Maa baap ) aur uski Behan ho to Usko Bhai ke tarke mein se aadha (half) hissa milega aur agar Behan mar Jaye aur uski Aulad na ho to Uske tamam Maal Ka waris Bhai Hoga aur agar Marne wale Bhai ki do Behan ho to dono ko Bhai ke tarke Mai se Do tihayee aur agar Bhai aur Behan Yani mard aur auratein mile Jule waris ho to Mard Ka hissa do aurtoh ke barbr hain (Ye Ehkam) Allah Subhanahu tumse islye bayan farmata Hain ke bhatakte na phiron aur Allah Subhanahu har Cheez se waqif Hain
Surah An-Nisa(4), 176

(اے پیغمبر) لوگ تم سے (کلالہ کے بارے میں) حکم (خدا) دریافت کرتے ہیں کہہ دو کہ خدا کلالہ بارے میں یہ حکم دیتا ہے کہ اگر کوئی ایسا مرد مرجائے جس کے اولاد نہ ہو (اور نہ ماں باپ) اور اس کے بہن ہو تو اس کو بھائی کے ترکے میں سے آدھا حصہ ملے گا۔ اور اگر بہن مرجائے اور اس کے اولاد نہ ہو تو اس کے تمام مال کا وارث بھائی ہوگا اور اگر (مرنے والے بھائی کی) دو بہنیں ہوں تو دونوں کو بھائی کے ترکے میں سے دو تہائی۔ اور اگر بھائی اور بہن یعنی مرد اور عورتیں ملے جلے وارث ہوں تو مرد کا حصہ دو عورتوں کے برابر ہے۔ (یہ احکام) خدا تم سے اس لئے بیان فرماتا ہے کہ بھٹکتے نہ پھرو۔ اور خدا ہر چیز سے واقف ہے

Al Quran : They ask you for a legal verdict. Say: "Allah directs (thus) about Al-Kalalah (those who leave neither descendants nor ascendants as heirs). If it is a man that dies leaving a sister, but no child ( and also no parents) , she shall have half the inheritance. If (such a deceased was) a woman, who left no child, her brother takes her inheritance. If there are two sisters, they shall have two-thirds of the inheritance; if there are brothers and sisters, the male will have twice the share of the female. (Thus) does Allah make clear to you (His Law) lest you go astray. And Allah is the All-Knower of everything."

If it is a man that dies leaving a sister, but no child ( and also no parents) , she shall have half the inheritance. If (such a deceased was) a woman, who left no child, her brother takes her inheritance. If there are two sisters, they shall have two-thirds of the inheritance; if there are brothers and sisters, the male will have twice the share of the female. (Thus) does Allah make clear to you (His Law) lest you go astray. And Allah is the All-Knower of everything."
