Allah subhanahu tumhari aulad ke baare mein tumko hukm deta hai ki

✦ Ek ladke ka hissa do ladkiyo ke barabar hai

✦ Aur agar mayyat ke sirf ladkiya ho  do ya do se zyada to kul tarke (wirasat) mein se unka do tihayee (2 /3 yani 66.66%) hissa hoga

✦ Aur agar sirf ek ladki ho to uska hissa aadha (1/2 yani 50%) hoga ,

✦ Aur Mayyat ke maa baap ka yani dono mein har ek ka tarkey (wirasat) mein se chatha hissa (1/6 yani 16.66%) hoga bashart ki mayyat ke aulad ho.

✦ Aur agar aulad na ho aur sirf maa baap hi uske waris ho to maa ka hissa ek tihayee (1/3 yani 33.33%) hoga

✦ Aur agar mayyat ke bhai bhi ho to Maa ko chata hissa (1/6 yani 16.66%) diya jayega.

✦ Aur ye taqseem tarkey mayyat ki waseeyat (ki tameel) ke baad jo usne ki ho ya qarz (ki adayeegi) ke baad hogi.

✦ Tumko malum nahi ki tumhare baap (dadaao) aur beton (poto) mein se kaun tumhe zyada fayda pahuchane wala hai

✦ Ye hisse Allah Subhanahu ke muqarra kiye huye hain aur Allah sab kuch janne wala aur hikmat wala hai

Al Quran Surah An Nisa (4), 11

Al Quran : Allah Subhanhu commands you as regards your children's (inheritance):

✦ To the male, a portion equal to that of two females;

✦ If (there are) only daughters, two or more, their share is two-thirds (2/3 or 66.66%) of the inheritance;

✦ If only one, her share is a half. (1/2 or 50%)

✦ For parents, a sixth share (1/6 or 16.66%) of inheritance to each if the deceased left children;

✦ If no children, and the parents are the (only) heirs, the mother has a third; (1/3 or 33.33%)

✦ If the deceased left brothers (or sisters), the mother has a sixth.

✦ (The distribution in all cases is) after the payment of legacies he may have bequeathed or (after paying) debts.

✦ You know not which of them, whether your parents or your children, are nearest to you in benefit;

✦ (these fixed shares) are ordained by Allah Subhanhu. And Allah is Ever All-Knower, All-Wise.

Surah An-Nisa (4) Verse 11
