Surah Al-Isra (17) Aayat 78

Abu Hurairah Radi Allahu anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasool-Allah ﷺ ne is aayat

*أَقِمِ الصَّلَاةَ لِدُلُوكِ الشَّمْسِ إِلَىٰ غَسَقِ اللَّيْلِ وَقُرْآنَ الْفَجْرِ ۖ إِنَّ قُرْآنَ الْفَجْرِ كَانَ مَشْهُودًا*

ki tafseer mein farmaya ki is par raat aur din ke farishte hazir (gawah) hote hain

Al Quran : Perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat) from mid-day till the darkness of the night (i.e. the Zuhr, 'Asr, Maghrib and 'Isha' prayers), and recite the Qur'an in the early dawn (Fajar). Verily, the recitation of the Qur'an in the early dawn is ever witnessed (attended by the angels in  charge of mankind of the day and the night) .

Surah Al-Isra (17) Aayat 78

Narrated Abu Hurairah Radi Allahu Anhu regarding Allah, Most High, saying:

أَقِمِ الصَّلَاةَ لِدُلُوكِ الشَّمْسِ إِلَىٰ غَسَقِ اللَّيْلِ وَقُرْآنَ الْفَجْرِ ۖ إِنَّ قُرْآنَ الْفَجْرِ كَانَ مَشْهُودًا

"And recite the Qur'an in the early dawn. Verily the recitation of the Qur'an in the early dawn is ever witnessed (17:78)."

The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "It is witnessed by the angels of the night and the angels of the day."
