Ibn  Abbas Radi Allahu anhuma se rivayat hai ki  jab Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam (Makka) tashrif laye to mushriko ne kaha ki Muhammed Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam aaye hain  aur unke saath aise log aaye hain jinko yasrib (Madina Munawwara) ke bukhar ne kamzor kar diya hai isliye  Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam ne hukm diya ki tawaf ke pahle teen chakkaro mein ramal kare ( yani tez tez chale jis se quwwat ka izhar ho) aur dono yamani rukno ke darmiyan hasab e mamul (normal) chale , Aur Aap Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam ne hukm nahi diya tha ki sab phaero mein  ramal kare isliye ki usmein aasani ho

Narrated Ibn Abbas Radi Allahu Anhuma  When Allah's Apostle Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam and his companions came to Mecca, the pagans circulated the news that a group of people were coming to them and they had been weakened by the Fever of Yathrib (Medina). So the Prophet Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam ordered his companions to do Ramal (walking faster) in the first three rounds of Tawaf of the Ka'ba and to walk between the two corners (The Black Stone and Yemenite corner). The Prophet did not order them to do Ramal in all the rounds of Tawaf out of pity for them.
