Hadith 1 :

عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعَودٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيﷺ أَنَّه قال : أَمَر بِعَبْد مِّنْ عِبَادِ الله أَن يُّضْرَبَ في قَبْرِه مِائَة جَلْدَة ، فَلَم يَزَل يَسْأَل وَيَدْعُو حَتَّى صَارَت جَلْدَة وَاحِدَة ،

فَجُلِد جَلْدَةً وَّاحِدَة ، فَامْتَلَأَ قَبْرُه عليه نَـارًا ، فَلَمَّا ارْتَفَـعَ عَنْـه وأفـاق قال

عَلَامَ جَلَدتُمُوني ؟ ، قَالُوا : إِنَّكَ صَلَّيْتَ صَلَاةً واحِدَةً بِغَيْر طَهُورٍ ، وَمَرَرْتَ عَلَى مَظْلُومٍ فَلَم تَنْصُرُه

Abdullah Bin Masood Radi Allahu Anhu se riyata hai ki Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya ek Allah ke ek bande ke bare mein Hukum diya gaya ke usko Qabr mein mein sau (100) kode maaray jayen. wo(is azab ko kam karne ki) ilteja aur duayen karta raha yaha tak ki ek koda rah gaya. Jab ye koda usko lagaya gaya to uski Qabr aag se bhar gayee,  jab us saza ka asar khatam ho gaya aur usko hosh aa gaya to usne farishto se pucha tum ne kis wajah se mujhe koda mara hai? Farishton ne kaha tum ne ek namaz bina paaki (tahatart) ke padi thi, aur dusra ye ki tu ek mazloom ke paas se guzra tha lekin tune uski madad nahi ki thi

Hadith 2 : Hazrat Ibn Abbas Radhi allahu anhuma se rivayat hai ki Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu alaihi wasallam madina munawwara  ke ek baag se tashreef laye to Aap Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam ne do insano ki aawaz suni jinhe unki Qabro mein azab diya ja raha tha phir Aap Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya inhe azab ho raha hai wo bhi kisi bade gunah ki wajah se nahi bulki inmein se ek shaks peshab ke cheento se nahi bachta tha aur dusra chugalkhor tha , phir App Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam ne khajur ki ek hari shaakh mangwayee aur usko do hisso mein tod diya aur ek tukda ek ki Qabr par aur dusra dusre ki Qabr par gaad diya, phir farmaya ki shayad inke azab mein

us waqt tak kami kar di jaye jab tak ki ye sukh na jaye

A person was ordered to be lashed a  times in his grave he continuously asked Allah to decrease his punishment until only one lash remained , when he was lashed his grave was totally filled by fire when the fire was removed and he regain consciousness he asked Why was I lashed ? ( what is the reason behind this punishment) he was told You offered a prayer once without proper purification and you passed by an oppressed but you did not help him

Hadith 2 : Narrated Ibn Abbas Radhi allahu anhuma  Once the Prophet Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam  went through the grave-yards of Medina and heard the voices of two humans who were being tortured in their graves. The Prophet Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam  said, "They are being punished, but they are not being punished because of a major sin, yet their sins are great. One of them used not to save himself from (being soiled with) the urine, and the other used to go about with calumnies ( Means he was backbiter)  ." Then the Prophet Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam asked for a green palm tree leaf and split it into two pieces and placed one piece on each grave, saying, "I hope that their punishment may be abated as long as these pieces of the leaf are not dried."
