*فَلَمَّا قَضَيْنَا عَلَيْهِ الْمَوْتَ مَا دَلَّهُمْ عَلَىٰ مَوْتِهِ إِلَّا دَابَّةُ الْأَرْضِ تَأْكُلُ مِنسَأَتَهُ ۖ فَلَمَّا خَرَّ تَبَيَّنَتِ الْجِنُّ أَن لَّوْ كَانُوا يَعْلَمُونَ الْغَيْبَ مَا لَبِثُوا فِي الْعَذَابِ الْمُهِينِ*

Al Quran : Phir jab humne unke (Sulaiman Alaihi salam ke) liye maut ka hukm de diya to kisi cheez se unka marna malum nahi hua , magar ek keede se (deemak se) jo unke (lakdi ke) asa ko khata raha , phir jab Asa gir padha tab Jinno ko malum hua (aur kahne lage) ki agar wo gaib ko jante hote to is zillat ke azab mein na padhe rahte

*Surah Saba (34) , Aayat 14*

Hazrat Sulaiman Alaihi Salam Ki Maut ki kaifiyat bayan hui Aur Jab Ke Jinnat unke farman ke Tahat Kaam kaj Mai masruf they, unko unki Maut ka ilm hi nahi hua. Wo inteqal Ke bad bhi lakdi ke tek ki wajah se khade hi rahe aur yeh innhein zinda samjhte hue sar Jhukaye apne sakht kamo Mai mashgul rahe, Andazan Saal bhar isee tarha guzar Gaya Jis lakdi ke Sahare Aap khade they Jab Usey dimak Chaat gayee aur wo khokli ho gayee toh Sulaiman Alaihi Salam gir padhe

*tab Jinnat aur insano ko Aap ki Maut Ka pata chala phir na sirf Insano ko balke jinnat ko bhi yaqeen ho gaya ke unn Mai se koi bhi gaib Ka ilm wala Nahi*

Tafsir Ibn kathir, Surah Saba (34) , Aayat 14

*فَلَمَّا قَضَيْنَا عَلَيْهِ الْمَوْتَ مَا دَلَّهُمْ عَلَىٰ مَوْتِهِ إِلَّا دَابَّةُ الْأَرْضِ تَأْكُلُ مِنسَأَتَهُ ۖ فَلَمَّا خَرَّ تَبَيَّنَتِ الْجِنُّ أَن لَّوْ كَانُوا يَعْلَمُونَ الْغَيْبَ مَا لَبِثُوا فِي الْعَذَابِ الْمُهِينِ*

Al Quran : Then when We decreed death for him [Sulaiman (Solomon)], nothing informed them (jinn) of his death except a little worm of the earth, which kept (slowly) gnawing (eating) away at his stick. So when he fell down, the jinn saw clearly that if they had known the Unseen, they would not have stayed in the humiliating torment.

Surah Saba (34) , Verse 14

Explanation : Allah tells us how Sulayman, peace be upon him, died and how Allah concealed his death from the Jinn who were subjugated to him to do hard labor. He remained leaning on his stick, which was his staff, as Ibn `Abbas may Allah be pleased with him, Mujahid, Al-Hasan, Qatadah and others said. He stayed like that for a long time, nearly a year. When a creature of the earth, which was a kind of worm, ate through the stick, it became weak and fell to the ground. Then it became apparent that he had died a long time before. *It also became clear to Jinn and men alike that the Jinn do not know the Unseen as they (the Jinn) used to imagine and tried to deceive people*
