*ثُمَّ اسْتَوَىٰ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ وَهِيَ دُخَانٌ فَقَالَ لَهَا وَلِلْأَرْضِ ائْتِيَا طَوْعًا أَوْ كَرْهًا قَالَتَا أَتَيْنَا طَائِعِينَ*

Al Quran : Phir wo (Allah) aasman ki taraf mutwajja huye aur wo dhuwa tha to us ne us se aur zameen se farmaya ki dono khushi se aao ya na khushi se , unhone kaha ki hum khushi se aate hain
Surah Fussilat (41), Aayat 11
Tafsir ibn kathir : Ibn Abbas Radi Allahu ahuma is aayat ki tafseer mein farmate hain ki aasmano ko ye hukm hua ki suraj, chand, sitare tulu kare, zameen se farmaya gaya ki apni nahrein jari kar apne phal wagirah uga , dono farmabardari ke liye razi khushi tayyar ho gaye aur arz karne lage hum un tamam makhluq ke saath jisko tu banane wala hai tera hukm maante hain

*ثُمَّ اسْتَوَىٰ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ وَهِيَ دُخَانٌ فَقَالَ لَهَا

Al Quran : Then He (Allah) rose over
(Istawa) towards the heaven when it was smoke, and said to it and to the earth:
"Come both of you willingly or unwillingly." They both said: "We
come willingly."
Surah Fussilat (41), Aayat 11
Tafsir ibn kathir : (Then He rose over
(Istawa ila) towards the heaven when it was smoke,) i.e., steam which arose
from it when the earth was created and said to it and to the earth: "Come
both of you willingly or unwillingly.'') meaning, `respond to My command and be
subjected to this action, willingly or unwillingly.'(They both said: "We
come willingly.'') meaning, `we will respond to You willingly and everything
that You want to create in us -- angels, Jinn and men -- will all be obedient
to You
