Hadith: Taweez, gandey (mantra) wagairah sab shirk hai

Al Quran : Aur agar Allah tumhe koi takleef pahuchaye to uske siwa aur koi dur karne wala nahi hai aur agar tumhe bhalayee pahuchaye to ( usko koi rokne wala nahi hai) wo har cheez par qadir hai
Al Quran, Al-Anaam (6) , Verse 17

Hadith: Hazrat Abdullah bin masood ki biwi Zainab Radhi allahu anhuma ne kaha ki Abdulllah bin Masud Radi Allahu Anhu ne kaha Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya ki taweez, gandey (mantra) wagairah sab shirk hai , ye sunkar zainab ( Hazrat Abdullah ki biwi) ne kaha ki tum ye kya kahte ho Allah ki kasam meri aankh Dard ki shiddat se bahar nikalne ko thi aur main falah yahudi ke pass jaya karti thi wo mujhe taweez diya karta tha jab usne mujhe taweez diya to mujhe sukun ho gaya to Hazrat Abdullah kahne lage ye to shaitani amal hai jabki wo ( Shaitan) apne haath se usey ( yani aankh) dabaya karta tha jab us yahudi ne us par dam kiya to wo shaitan us Amal sey ruk gaya ( taaki tum us taweez par hi yakeen karne lag jao) aur beshak tumhare liye yahi kaafi hai ki tum is tarah kah diya karo jaise ki Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam farmaya karte they
اللهم رب الناس، مذهب البأس، اشف أنت الشافي، لا شافي إلا أنت، شفاء لا يغادر سقماً
(Allahumma Rabbin nas adhabal ba'sa, ashfi , anta shafee, la Shaafi illa Anta, shifa'a la yughadiru saqma)
Eh Allah logon ke Rab , Takleef ko dur karney waley, Shifa ata farma, tu hi shifa dene wala hai , tere siwa koi shifa dene wala nahi hai, aisee shifa ata farma ki beemari bilkul baqi na rahey.
Sunan Abu Dawud, Vol3, 485-Sahih

Al Quran : And if Allah touches you with harm, none can remove it but He, and if He touches you with good ( none can prevent it) , then He is Able to do all things.
Al Quran, Al-Anaam (6) , Verse 17
.
Hadith: Zaynab, the wife of Abdullah ibn Mas'ud Radhi allahu anhuma, told that Abdullah said: I heard the Prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam said: spells, charms and love-potions are polytheism. I asked: Why do you say this? I swear by Allah, when my eye was discharging I used to go to so-and-so, the Jew, who applied a spell to me. When he applied the spell to me, it calmed down. Abdullah said: That was just the work of the Devil who was picking it with his hand, and when he uttered the spell on it, he desisted ( so that you can trust in that spell only) . All you need to do is to say as the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) used to say:
اللهم رب الناس، مذهب البأس، اشف أنت الشافي، لا شافي إلا أنت، شفاء لا يغادر سقماً
(Allahumma Rabbin nas adhabal ba'sa, ashfi , anta shafee, la Shaafi illa Anta, shifa'a la yughadiru saqma)
Remove the harm, O Lord of men, and heal. Thou art the Healer. There is no remedy but Thine which leaves no disease behind.
Sunan Abu Dawud, Book 28, 3874-Sahih
