Hadith : Koi nahaq tumhara maal lene aaye aur us sey ladtey huye tum maare bhi gaye to tum shaheed ho

✦ Hadith : Koi nahaq tumhara maal lene aaye aur us sey ladtey huye tum maarey gaye to tum shaheed ho

✦ Ek shakhs Rasool-AllahSal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam ke pass aaya aur arz kiya ki Agar koi shakhs mera maal nahaq lene ko aaye ?

to Aap Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya tum usko apna maal mat do

phir usne kaha ki agar wo mujhse ladaii karey to ? 

to Aap Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya tum hi us se lado,

phir usne kaha ki agar wo mujhe maar daale to ? 

to Aap Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya tum Shaheed ho,

Phir usne kaha ki agar main usko maar daalu to ?

to Aap Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya wo jahannam mein jayega

✦ एक शख्स रसूल-अल्लाह सलअल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम के पास आया और अर्ज़ किया की 

अगर कोई शख्स मेरा माल नाहक़ लेने को आए ? तो आप सलअल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम ने फरमाया तुम उसको अपना माल मत दो फिर उसने कहा की अगर वो मुझसे लड़ाइ करे तो ? तो आप सलअल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम ने फरमाया तुम  भी ही उस से लड़ो फिर उसने कहा की अगर वो मुझे मार डाले तो ? तो आप सलअल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम ने फरमाया तुम  शहीद हो फिर उसने कहा की अगर मैं उसे मार डालु तो ?तो आप सलअल्लाहू अलैही वसल्लम ने फरमाया वो जहन्नम में जाएगा

ایک آدمی رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم  کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا اور عرض کی : اے اللہ کے رسول  اگر کوئی شخص میرا مال ناحق لینے کو آئے (تو میں کیا کروں؟) آپ نے فرمایا:اسے اپنا مال نہ دو۔ اس نے  کہا : اگر وہ میرے ساتھ لڑائی کرے تو ؟ فرمایا: ’’ تم بھی  اس سے لڑائی کرو   اس نے پوچھا : اگر وہ مجھے قتل کر دے تو ؟ آپ نے فرمایا: ’ تم شہید ہو گے۔ اس نے پوچھا :  اگر میں اسے قتل کر دوں ؟ فرمایا ’ وہ جہنّم میں جائے گا ۔ 

صحیح مسلم ، جلد ١ ، ٣٦٠

✦ A person came to the Messenger of Allah Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam  and said: Messenger of Allah, what do you think 

if a man comes to me in order to appropriate my possession? 

He Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam said: Don't surrender your possession to him. 

He (the inquirer) said: If he fights me? 

He (Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam ) remarked: Then fight (with him). 

He (the inquirer) again said: What do you think if I am killed? 

He (Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam ) observed: You would be a martyr. 

He (the inquirer) said: What do you think of him If I kill him. 

He (Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam ) said: he would be in the Fire.

✦ Hadith : If you die , by defending your property , you are martyr
