Tafsir Ibn Kathir: Pani ki maujein , Ret ke zarrey , kheto ke patte, hawa ke zor se jab lahrate hain to us waqt usmein jo raasto ki tarah nishan dikhte hain usee ko Hubuk kahte hain

آسمان کی قسم جو بارش برساتا ہے
Aur Aasman ki kasam jo barish barsata hai
Surah At-Taariq 86:11

Tafthir ibn Kathir : Ibn Abbas said hubuk means Full of beauty, grace, magnificence and perfection. Ad-Dahhak, Al-Minhal bin `Amr and others said, The meandering of the water, sand and plants when the wind passes over them; carving paths out of them, that is the Hubuk.
