عامر بن ربیعہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے خطاب کرتے ہوئے فرمایا: جس نے مجھ پر درود بھیجا، فرشتے اس وقت تک اس کے لیے دعائے رحمت کرتے رہیں گے، جب تک وہ مجھ پر درود پڑھتا رہے گے، اب بندے کی مرضی ہے کہ وہ کم پڑھے یا زیادہ۔
