Al Quran : Allah Subahanhu tumhari be irada kasmo par tumhey naki pakadta hai, lekin un kasmo par pakadta hai jinhey tum pukhta ( yani mazbut ) kar detey ho , uska kaffara 10 Miskeeno ko Awsat darje ka khana khilana hai jo tum apne ghar walo ko khilate ho ya 10 miskino ko kapde dena ya Ek Ghulam Aazad karna phir jo shaksh ye na kar paye to wo 3 din ke roze rakhe ye tumhari kasmo ka kaffara hai jab tum kasam kha lo ( aur usey tod do) 

Al Quran : Surah Al Maida 5 : 89

Allah will not punish you for what is unintentional in your oaths, but He will punish you for your deliberate oaths; for its expiation feed ten Masakin (poor persons), on a scale of the average of that with which you feed your own families, or clothe them or manumit a slave. But whosoever cannot afford (that), then he should fast for three days. That is the expiation for the oaths when you have sworn .
