Al Quran : Aur Aad inko nihayat tez
aandhi se tahas nahas kar diya,
ALLAH ne usko 7 raat aur 8 din lagatar un par chalaye rakha, ( agar tum us waqt mojud hote) to us qaum ko aisa gira hua (mara hua) dekhte jaise khajuron ke khokhle taney hain.
Al Quran , Surah Haqqa (69), 6-7

And as for 'Ad, they were destroyed by a furious violent wind!
Which ALLAH imposed on them for seven nights and eight days in succession, so that you could see men lying overthrown (destroyed), as if they were hollow trunks of date-palms!
