Hadith: har achchi baat sikhana sadqa hai aur har buri baat se rokna sadqa hai
Abu Dharr Radi Allahu Anhu se rivayat hai ki kuch ( gareeb) Sahabi Radi Allahu Anhuma Rasoollallah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke pass aaye aur arz ki Ya Rasoollallah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam maal wale sara sawab kama kar le gaye isliye ki wo namaz padhte hain jaisa ki hum namaz padhte hain aur roza rakhte hain jaisa ki hum roza rakhte hain aur apne zyada maalo se sadqa bhi dete hain to Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya tumhare liye bhi to Allah subhanahu ne sadqe ka saman kar diya hai
har tasbeeh (SubhanAllah kahna) sadqa hai
aur har takbir (Allahu Akbar kahna) sadqa hai
aur har tahmeed (Alhamdulillah kahna) sadqa hai
aur har tahleel (La ilaha illallah kahna) sadqa hai
aur har achchi baat sikhana sadqa hai
aur har buri baat se rokna sadqa hai
aur har shakhs ke badan ke tukde mein sadqa hai , (yani apni biwi ya khawind se sohbat karna bhi sadqa hai) logo ne arz ki Ya Rasoollallah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam hum mein se koi shakhs apne badan se apni shahwat nikalta hai (yani apni biwi se sohbat karta hai) to kya usmein bhi sawab hai , to Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya kyu nahi (yani haan), agar wo haram mein sarf karta to us se wabal (gunah) hota ki nahi ? isee tarah jab halal mein sarf karta hai to sawab hota hai

English Translation:
Abu Dharr reported: some of the people from among the Companions of the Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him) said to him: Messenger of Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam , the rich have taken away (air the) reward. They observe prayer as we do; they keep the fasts as we keep, and tray give Sadaqa out of their surplus riches.
Upon this he (the Holy Prophet) said: Has Allah not prescribed for you (a course) by following which you can (also) do sadaqa?
In every declaration of the glorification of Allah (saying Subhan Allah) there is a Sadaqa,
and every Takbir (saying Allah-u-Akbar) is a sadaqa,
and every praise of His (saying Al-Hamdu Lillah) is a Sadaqa
and every declaration that He is One (La illha ill-Allah) is a sadaqa,
and enjoining of good is a sadaqa,
and forbidding of that which is evil is a Sadaqa,
and in man's (or women’s) sexual Intercourse (with his wife or husband) there is a Sadaqa.
They (the Companions) said: Messenger of Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam , is there reward for him who satisfies his sexual passion among us?
He Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said: Tell me, if he were to devote it to something forbidden, would it not be a sin on his part?
Similarly, if he were to devote it to something lawful, he should have a reward.
