Mafhum-e-Hadith: Corrupt Haakim ( Ruler) jannat ki khushbu bhi nahi payega
Maqil Radiallahu anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasoollallah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya jab Allah kisi bandey ko kisi jagah ke logon ka ka haakim(ruler) banata hai aur wo Imandari ke saath uski hifazat nahi karta to wo jannat ki khushbu bhi nahi payega.
Sahih Bukhari, Vol 8, 7150
Narrated Ma'qil Radiallahu anhu : Allah's Apostle said, "If any ruler having the authority to rule Muslim subjects dies while he is deceiving them, Allah will forbid Paradise for him." Sahih Bukhari, Vol 9, Book 89, No. 265:

agar koi shaksh musalmano ka hakim banaya gaya aur usney unkey muaamley mein khayanat ki aur usi haalat mein mar gaya to Allah taala us par jannat haram kar deta hai.

Narrated Ma'qil Radiallahu anhu : I heard the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam saying, "Any man whom Allah has given the authority of ruling some people and he does not look after them in an honest manner, will never feel even the smell of Paradise."
