: Parhaizgaron par marney se pahley Waseeyat karna lazim hai
Tum par farz kiya jata hai ki jab tum mein se kisi
ke Maut ka waqt aa jaye to agar wo kuch
Maal chorh janey wala ho to Maa Baap aur Rishteydaron ke liye Dastur ke Mutabiq
Wasiyat kar jaye ye lazim hai
parhezgaron par. Phir Jo koi usey sunney ke baad badal daaley uska gunaah usi
par hoga jo usey badlega, beshaq Allah bada sunney wala aur janney wala hai.
Al Quran, Surah Al-Baqara (2), Verse: 180-181

English Translation:
It is prescribed for you, when death approaches any of you, if he leaves
wealth, that he makes a bequest to parents and next of kin, according to
reasonable manners. (This is) a duty upon Al-Muttaqun. Then whoever changes the
bequest after hearing it, the sin shall be on those who make the change. Truly,
Allah is All-Hearer, All-Knower.
